Q. By mistake I washed my necklace, is it ok?
A. If you wash it in a washing machine, the electromagnetic wave protection effect will not decrease due to chemical reactions with laundry detergent, fabric softener, etc. If you find any major scratches or damage on the top part, we recommend that you purchase it again.
Q. Can I pre-order out-of-stock items/contact individual customers for arrival notifications?
A. We do not accept advance reservations or individual notifications of arrival of out-of-stock items, but we will make an announcement on our official LINE account once the item arrives.
Q. Is it okay to wear it every day?
A.We recommend that you wear it every day if possible. We are exposed to electromagnetic waves on a daily basis. By wearing it every day, you will be less likely to feel unpleasant noise in your body, and you can expect further benefits.
Q. Is it okay to get the necklace wet while wearing it?
A. If the material of the product is surgical stainless steel 316L, there is no problem with getting wet in the bath, sauna, sea, pool, etc. However, there is a possibility of discoloration due to prolonged immersion in water or compatibility with the main components of hot springs. For products made of brass or with a brass coating, red rust and discoloration may occur, so please refrain from bathing while wearing the product. We ask that you use hot springs at your own risk when deciding whether or not to wear them.
Q. Are there any differences in effectiveness depending on the item/price/design?
A. Our products are only effective at blocking electromagnetic waves within a 2.3 meter radius of the top part. Please rest assured that you can still block electromagnetic waves even if you put it in your pocket. Also, there is no significant difference in effectiveness depending on the type/price of the item. However, the effect differs depending on the number of pieces you wear, and the more top parts (plates) you wear, the greater the effect of blocking electromagnetic waves.

Q. Does it have any effect on the chain part?
A. Chains do not provide any protection against electromagnetic waves.
Q. What is the material?
A. Our products use "surgical stainless steel 316L" for both the chain and the top, with the exception of some products. Surgical stainless steel 316L is a body-friendly material that is also used for medical scalpels, so even those with metal allergies can wear it with confidence as it is less likely to cause an allergic reaction. However, please note that there may be individual differences. Materials vary depending on the product, so please refer to the product description.
Q. Does it need maintenance? How should I maintain it?
A. Surgical stainless steel 316L is resistant to water and does not easily rust or discolor. However, brass and brass-coated products are susceptible to sweat and sebum and are prone to discoloration and rust. Therefore, we recommend that you lightly rinse the products with water after wearing and wipe the surface with a soft cloth before storing them. A. As they may have different compatibility, we recommend that you avoid wearing them at the same time and use them separately within the limits of your daily life.
