Cancellation procedure
After canceling your membership, you can rejoin using the same email address. However, please note that any information, coupons, or points you held prior to canceling your membership will not be carried over.
If you wish to cancel your membership, please log in and apply for cancellation by going to "Change Member Information" on your My Page.
STEP 1 : After logging in, click "Change Member Information" from "My Page" in the menu at the top of the screen.
STEP 2 : Click the "Cancel Membership" button at the bottom of the "Change Member Information" page.
STEP 3 : Check the details and if there are no problems, check the box and click "Cancel Membership".
STEP 4 : Once the cancellation procedure is complete, a cancellation confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.
Please note that it may take some time for the procedure to be completed after you cancel your membership.
