- Returns and exchanges after the product has been opened (excluding cases where the product is our responsibility as stated in our warranty policy)
- Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience more than 9 days after purchase (after our shipment)
- If the product accessories (box, manual, all accessories) are not included
- Return or exchange of only some items in a set
- If the product is damaged or broken while in your possession
- Other returns and exchanges that are not covered by our warranty policy
If you wish to return or exchange an item after it arrives, please contact us in accordance with the " Request for Return or Exchange " and return the item to the specified address within 8 days of receiving the item. Please note that we will not accept returns or exchanges after 8 days have passed since the item arrived, regardless of the reason. However, we will exchange defective items (items that are defective at the time of purchase) free of charge only if they are returned within 2 weeks of purchase.
If you wish to return the product for your own reasons, you will be responsible for the shipping fee and bank transfer fee. If you wish to exchange the product for your own reasons, you will be responsible for the shipping fee for the return and the shipping fee for the replacement product (Yamato Transport cash on delivery). Please note that it will take about 5 business days to ship the replacement product after we confirm the arrival of the returned product. Also, if you wish to exchange the product for a different type of product, we will first process the return and then ask you to purchase the product again.
In the unlikely event that damage occurs during transportation, approval from the delivery company is required. After confirming the damage, we will promptly arrange for a replacement product. The following items are required when returning the product:
- Shipping Invoice
- Receipt (if issued separately)
- All product accessories (box, manual, all accessories)
Please note that if the refund is due to a customer's convenience, it will take approximately 6 business days to process the refund after the return has been received.
Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Refunds will be made by cash transfer to your designated account.
When returning an item, please enclose a paper with the bank details for the refund along with the item.
