About delivery and shipping charges

Delivery of goods

Items will be shipped within 3 business days.
*This does not apply when shipping operations are busy after long holidays.
*Some products are excluded, such as pre-order items.
*Please note that shipping operations are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

For pre-order items

For pre-orders, items will be shipped after they arrive, so delivery may take some time.

In the case of lucky bags

Lucky bags will be shipped out from the first business day of the new year.
Lucky bags cannot be purchased together with any other products.
Please note that if you purchase a lucky bag together with other items, the items will be shipped in the new year on the same day as the lucky bag is shipped.

Shipping method

Products ordered from the official online store will be shipped via Japan Post.
To check the status of your delivery, please use the Japan Post Parcel Inquiry System using the tracking number provided in the shipping completion email sent to you by the official online store at the time of shipment.

If you wish to change the delivery address or have any other requests regarding delivery, please contact Japan Post directly after confirming the shipping slip number.

Regarding the delivery slip (waybill) notation at the time of product delivery

The sender name in the shipping address field will be "Seven Plus Co., Ltd." In order to ensure smooth delivery, if the orderer and the recipient are different, please inform the recipient in advance of the arrival of the product.
