About the product

Pre-order items

Products marked as "Pre-order" on the product page are pre-order items, meaning you can order them before they go on sale.

Each pre-order item has a delivery date and will take some time to be shipped.
The expected delivery time is stated on the product page and on the order confirmation page, so please check it.

• Due to production reasons, there may be delays in product delivery.
• The product images are samples, so the specifications, processing, size, etc. may differ slightly from the actual product.
• Pre-order items cannot be purchased together with other items. In that case, please place separate orders.
• Please note that, just like regular products, we cannot accept any changes to pre-order items after the order has been confirmed.
• Although we do our best to manage our inventory, there may be cases where we run out of stock due to changes in production schedules. In such cases, we will contact you, so please understand.

Limited merchandise

Products that are marked as "Limited Sale" on the product page are products that are available in limited quantities or at limited retailers.

Sales of limited quantity products will end as soon as the stock on the official Colantotte online store runs out.
Depending on the product, there may be restrictions on purchase quantities and payment types.
Please note that we may not be able to accept returns or exchanges.
